Specifically, his claims that the lawful tabulation of mail-in ballots in states like California is "fraudulent" on its face—despite his admission that he has no evidence—are damaging to our civic fabric. As my representative in our government, you have often spoken about the importance of your faith and the role it plays in your commitment to justice and integrity. I respect your stated dedication to the principles of honesty and moral leadership. It is with that in mind that I ask you to align your public stance with those very values by speaking out against unfounded claims that undermine our democratic process. Proverbs 12:22 notes that "Lying lips are an abomination to the Lord, but those who act faithfully are his delight." The American people deserve leaders who "act faithfully" by grounding their public statements in verifiable facts. Characterizing the legal process of counting postmarked mail-in ballots as "magic" or "fraud" erodes the trust of the electorate. Unless there is actual proof of systemic issues, I believe you owe it to your constituents and to your own conscience to affirm the integrity of our system. I urge you to publicly confirm your confidence in our election results and to distance yourself from rhetoric that sacrifices truth for political expediency.
