Protect the people's right to protest peacefully! ICE agents are taking ILLEGAL action to intimidate, and incriminate, peaceful protestors. Agents are claiming that protestors are acting violently or threateningly, when they are truly not. Agents are trying to trick or coerce protestors into taking actions that ICE may classify as "violent" so that they can then use excessive force on the protestors. This is OUTRAGEOUS, IMMORAL, and ILLEGAL. ICE must be held accountable. They are not above the law. They are required to uphold moral and legal standards as a government organization. ICE cannot be allowed to continue harassing and assaulting protestors. They cannot be permitted to outright lie and attempt to change the narrative regarding interactions with protestors. I urge you to take any possible action to get ICE under control. The public is rapidly losing faith and trust in the government, and more and more people are feeling unsafe in their own homes and communities due to government agencies.
