As a voting constituent I urge you to oppose HR4 which cuts funding for USAID and PEPFAR. These programs should be able to continue saving lives around t he world--and making us SAFER!! Please do not codify ill conceived DOGE cuts to congressionally approved funds! America WAS great when we took care of others rather than just shaking them down!
