The mass deportation of hardworking law abiding immigrants is deplorable. That you allow this to happen is a testament to your lack of empathy and lack of foresight, this will cripple the economy and this will cripple families. What is so obviously a fascist regime hell bent on preying on the most vulnerable people- immigrants, women, bipoc and children- is being pandered to and accommodated by our government. It is an embarrassment to be a us citizen and to stand by while race soldiers take away some of the kindest people we know- not because they committed a crime, but because they are fleeing the very cartels you claim to be fighting against. The inscription on the statute of liberty, the symbol of our nation means nothing now. “Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free". Remember who we are.
