No domestic military weapons. No cruel and unusual measures. Not now, not later.

The pentagon reportedly approved letting DHS test a new application for a never-used military weapon during routine domestic use. If we wouldn't use the heat ray during war proceedings, why would we use it on civilians? Please ensure federal agents from any agency may not use, approve, or test any cruel and unusual deterrents whatsoever for domestic concerns such as assemblies for attaining redress of grievances, and immigration proceedings.
