The bathroom bill solves NOTHING. In fact it would make it worse because now there will be more people with different genitalia using the same restroom. Trans people can change their physical attributes and then their inward identity matches their outward look. So a trans man by all accounts looks like a man and has the physical strength of a man. They can even have their genitals changed so they now have the genitals of a man. But their birth certificate may say woman so now I have to share the bathroom with them? As it is now makes MUCH more sense. A feminine appearing person should use the feminine restroom and a masculine appearing person should use the masculine restroom. It is based on physical attributes and strength. This bill makes it opposite. Feminine looking people will be using the male restroom, with people who look manly and stronger. Those men are going to be curious why a feminine appearing person is there and will ask questions. The same will happen for masculine appearing people in the feminine restroom. What about unisex and family restrooms? What about porta potties or other unidentified restrooms? Who will ever enforce or validate this bill and how?? The only ways are birth certificates or making a person unclothe so you can look at their current genitalia (which may or may not be what they were born with) and birth certificates can be revised. There is no acceptable enforcement method. This is a useless bill that will exacerbate what you’re trying to fix, while destroying human rights and violating privacy, safety, and autonomy. This completely violates human rights and completely removes privacy. No one will be protected or helped in any way. This bill is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. You are all bigot perverts who clearly don’t even have a single collective brain cell. Before you start making us expose ourselves, how about you expose yourself if you can even manage to find your genitals?
