I'm asking you to oppose any construction of a physical border wall along the rio grande in Big Bend Ranch and nearby communities. A wall along the Rio Grande will violate environmental, cultural, and historic protections. A choice to build a wall in this area will also devastate fragile ecosystems and damage the local tourism industry.
