Please stand with the other permanent members of the UN Security Council and recognize Palestinian statehood. The terrorist attack perpetrated by Hamas was inexcusable, but 60,000 citizens have died in Gaza since then and the country is teetering on the edge of famine since Israel will not allow the aid trucks past the borders. Palestine has paid with the blood of their children for the crimes committed by their government, and the only way to make Israel stop the atrocities resulting in this genocide is if the powerful players in the world world recognize Palestine as a state. Require free elections without the participation of Hamas, but please move to recognize Palestine as a state in accordance with 147 of the 193 UN countries.
