I am writing to voice my opposition to the budget bill being considered in Congress. This legislation would do significant harm to the middle class and fails to reflect the values and priorities of everyday Americans, the very people you promised to represent during your campaign. This bill increases federal spending in areas that do not benefit working families while failing to provide meaningful relief for the financial pressures we face. It includes tax breaks and subsidies that benefit large corporations and the wealthy, while leaving essential programs for the middle class underfunded and ignored. Costs are rising, families are struggling, and Congress only seems interested in giving money to the rich. Step up for the struggling middle class, and vote against this harmful budget bill.
