The Fourth Amendment guarantees protection against unreasonable searches and seizures, and this principle must apply to all individuals residing in our country, regardless of immigration status. I urge you to: • Demand the immediate release of Judas Rivera from the Eloy Detention Center. • Investigate ICE’s conduct in this case and ensure accountability for any violations of constitutional rights. • Support legislation that prohibits ICE from detaining individuals without a judicial warrant, especially in public spaces such as workplaces, schools, and places of worship.
