As elected officials, you have an obligation to protect your constituents. To that end, I urge you to REJECT A03133/S03070 (the proposed mask bans). New Yorkers have the right to determine what's correct for their health and the health of their families. Personal masking is a major defense against respiratory disease like COVID, flu, pertussis, and others. It's also necessary for immunocompromised persons, like those undergoing chemotherapy. Protect vulnerable New Yorkers - support masking!
