No children belong behind bars. ICE must stop using children as bait, abducting or picking them up . You should join the citizens of this country in demanding the release of Liam Conejo Ramos, a five-year-old boy stolen by ICE. He is at Dilley detention center in Texas, where representative Joaquin Castro is trying to demand his release, but we need everyone in congress to get on this immediately. Liam is sick and asking for his mama. The child should be with his mother.
