To Governor Abbott and Texas Legislators: This redistricting scheme is nothing short of a disgrace. You’ve let Donald Trump dictate how Texas draws its maps—maps designed to crush minority voices and rig elections in favor of a party terrified of losing power. This isn’t democracy. It’s corruption with a southern drawl. You’re gutting coalition districts, ignoring public input, and threatening elected officials for simply denying you a quorum. You can’t win fairly, so you cheat. That’s not leadership. That’s cowardice. ⸻ To Your Staffers: You’re not off the hook. If you’re helping push this through, you’re complicit.
