There should be no approval on ICE funding while Holman, Noem, and Miller hold their positions. Additionally, any funding should come with documented reforms to ensure the utmost respect for civil liberties, proper protocol, and appropriate investigation and punishment for questionable incidents. What this administration and congress is allowing to happen now is unconscionable, dangerous, and embarrassing.
