AMERICA FIRST! Do not go to war with Iran !
To: Pres. Trump
From: A constituent in Venice, CA
June 22
r President Trump,
I am writing as a citizen deeply concerned about the direction our country is taking. I urge you—on behalf of countless Americans—to reconsider any decision to go to war with Iran.
The American people do not support this conflict. We’ve seen the cost of war—endless deployments, lost lives, economic strain, and long-term instability in regions that desperately need peace. Our veterans still carry the scars—both visible and unseen—of past wars we never should have entered. We cannot afford to repeat history.
War should never be a political tool or a show of strength. True strength lies in restraint, in diplomacy, in the ability to lead with wisdom instead of force. A decision to go to war now would be reckless, unnecessary, and profoundly unpopular with the people you were elected to serve.
We ask—no, we insist—that you choose another path.
