You must vote to end U.S. military operations against Iran and bring our forces home. This war has already killed over 1,600 people across the region, including at least 1,230 Iranians, and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth just announced plans for "the most intense day of strikes inside Iran." This escalation serves no American interest.
The administration's own messaging proves this war lacks any coherent strategy. President Trump called it a "short excursion" to lawmakers on Monday, then hours later threatened massive escalation if Iran closes the Strait of Hormuz. That contradiction shows this conflict has no clear objective or exit plan. Meanwhile, Iran continues launching attacks across the Gulf, hitting the UAE, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait just this week.
This pointless war is destabilizing global oil markets, killing civilians throughout the Middle East, and risking American lives without making anyone safer. Congress has the constitutional authority to stop it. Use it.
