Stop the genocide of the Palestinian people
To: V.P. Harris

The ongoing war in Gaza has resulted in staggering loss of life, with over 34,344 Palestinians confirmed killed by Israeli attacks according to Gaza's health ministry. This includes 11,355 children, 2,955 elderly individuals, and 6,297 women. The devastation wrought by the relentless bombardment cannot be overstated. It is unconscionable that countries continue supplying arms and munitions to Israel, enabling the perpetuation of this violence against a densely populated civilian area. Weapons manufacturing should prioritize protecting human lives, not facilitating their destruction. An immediate cessation of weapons transfers to Israel is a moral imperative to prevent further civilian casualties in Gaza. A lasting resolution can only be achieved through diplomatic means, not escalating military action against an oppressed population.
