President Trump has used his position to enrich himself, often at the expense of his supporters. Recent news reports reveal that President Trump’s businesses generated over $2 billion in income during 2025—his first year back in office. This puts him clearly in violation of the Foreign and Domestic Emoluments Clauses of our Constitution.
There are huge and obvious conflicts of interest, particularly via the Trump family's cryptocurrency ventures. And active corporate real estate deals spanning Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Romania create alarming avenues for foreign influence. A private citizen could be liable for treason; surely a sitting commander in chief should not be pocketing multi-million-dollar payouts from foreign regimes while simultaneously negotiating critical international policy.
Enforce the Emoluments Clause and launch an immediate investigation and effective consequences for this profiteering.
