Trump posted that after the “death of Iran,” Americans’ “greatest enemy” is now the “Radical Left, Highly Incompetent, Democrat Party.” I am a registered Democrat. I am a Nebraskan. I am your constituent. Do you support this kind of rhetoric? Am I your enemy? Or will you speak out against this irresponsible, dangerous, inflammatory, and anti-American sentiment? Words matter. Words can lead to violence, fear, retribution. You know what also matters? Your silence. You may not be listening to his words, but millions of people are. If you don’t speak up against this fear-mongering, then you’ve fed into it. And you share responsibility for what comes after.
