Protect reproductive rights and free speech from any effort to criminalize pro-choice information or advocacy. What is being proposed is not just an attack on abortion access. It is an attempt to make it illegal to even talk about reproductive healthcare options, and that crosses a constitutional line that cannot stand. The First Amendment is not a suggestion. Criminalizing speech about abortion resources would expose doctors, advocates, and ordinary people to prosecution simply for sharing information. Women are already losing OB/GYN care as providers leave states with restrictive laws. Piling criminal penalties on top of that is not governance. It is intimidation. This is the moment to stand clearly on the side of bodily autonomy and free expression. Vote against any measure that would criminalize pro-choice speech, and champion legislation that restores and protects reproductive rights at every level.
