STOP SECTION 70302 of The Big Beautiful Bill that will be the end of checks and balances! This is a legal weapon of mass destruction aimed at the foundations of our democracy! This will strip the U.S. courts of their ability to enforce their own orders unless someone posts a bond. This means justice can only come to the rich, MAYBE. If this passes, Trump or any corrupt official could violate court orders, override state protections, crush dissent, suppress voters, and even detain opponents- and the courts could not stop them. Civil rights lawsuits and activists lawsuits would be meaningless. Emergency orders to stop illegal detentions or environmental disasters would be worthless. We would have no system to hold anyone accountable. This is a legal coup and it will make Trump a dictator and place America under authoritarian rule. If you do not demand this section be removed, there will be consequences from your constituents. Say goodbye to your seats. Democracy depends on this.
