The United States' recent military attack of Venezuela is clearly a violation of Constitutional law and a usurpation of Congressional authority to declare war. An attack on another sovereign nation is a declaration of war, and is not the prerogative of one man! Any declaration of war must require Congressional authorization. In the case of today's (January 3, 2026) attack on Venezuela, the Trump administration brutally attacked another country without receiving authorization or even recognizing the authority of Congress. This action by the current administration is an impeachable offense and must be condemned and stopped.
Congress must act to stop this humanitarian crisis and to implement impeachment proceedings!
