It is incredibly shameful that you ordered Hunter College to remove the job listing for a Palestinian Studies professor. It is not “anti-Semitic” to learn true, unbiased Palestinian History. Also consider the fact that Palestinians and other Arab people of the Middle East are also Semites. It is anti-Semitic to silence their voices and history. It is important to give students the opportunity to learn about their past. Israel is attempting to ethnically cleanse the Palestinian people, Trump plans on ousting them from their land. Colonization and genocide repeat themselves. Be on the right side of history. Usually, I agree with you. I appreciate your fight against Trump. However, this is incredibly disappointing. Be better. Children die, mothers die, fathers die while you sleep peacefully at night. Do not silence them.
