As Ohio’s former Solicitor General, Flowers compared gender-affirming care to the eugenics movement, has defended abortion bans subjecting doctors to felony charges, and supports gutting the Voting Rights Act. Ensure his extreme views and history of bias do not shape the law for millions of Americans by rejecting his nomination.
