Larry Krasner, Philadelphia DA has vowed to hunt down ICE officers and officials who have violated laws and the Constitution. State & local DAs should follow his example. Start documenting violations of state & local laws and constitutions (Trump will probably issue a blanket pardon for Federal violations.) I assume the pardon will need to name names - that should be a good place to start hunting
