First of all, I would like to thank you for your service to this country over your long career. If the news is true that you will soon step aside and end your campaign for President I would like to encourage you to strongly endorse the woman who has been by your side, who we’ve all voted for to be your successor once and have been preparing to vote for again. VP Harris is ready for, and deserves the job. You chose her once, and as a long time supporter and donor, I’m begging you to choose her again! When you choose to endorse her as the Democratic Candidate for President, I hope you encourage her to choose a strong female VP candidate. Just think about a Harris/Whitmer ticket. That would blow the media’s mind. They would control the news cycle until Election Day! The media wouldn’t give a damn about Trump or his ear boo-boo. I think this double-female ticket would get the suburban white women excited, it would get young people involved, and you know every Black woman with a brain, like me, would be dragging everyone they know to the polls to send the first Black woman to the Oval Office. Think about how many people would get to work to literally make history! Finally, when you endorse VP Harris and convince her to choose Gov. Whitmer as her running mate, I hope you also encourage her to make a promise to the delegates, the voters, and her colleagues that she will encourage her Democratic colleagues to primary her in the 2028 election. If all Democrats can just come together at this critical time to defeat Trump, Kamala should welcome a healthy competition during a normal primary election season and let the Democratic voters have a fair chance at going through the regular process.
