We oppose the hemp ban and any wording that eliminates cannabis seeds. These restrictions will drive people back to the black market, creating dangerous, unregulated conditions. Patients deserve the right to home grow for affordable, consistent access to medicine. Cannabis must be de‑scheduled federally, with regulation left to the states. Congress must reject these harmful measures and support sensible, compassionate cannabis policy.
