I am again writing you to urge for a removal of Chuck Schumer as Senate minority leader. We need a far more effective messenger to fight the Trump regime. Schumer has never been particularly compelling as a leader, but last week he shredded any remaining trust we may have had in him. We need a leader who understands newer forms of media. A leader who will speak out strongly, and even more importantly, ACT IN WAYS THAT MATCH HIS WORDS. We cannot simply wait for the mid-terms and hope Trump and the GOP make themselves unpopular. We need leaders less beholden to Wall Street and lobbyists. Someone who listens to actual average people and hears us. The longer Schumer stays in a position of leadership despite his failures, the less money I’m donating. I don’t see any reason to donate to a party that rolls over to a wannabe dictator. Pick someone who can speak plainly, who listens to what average voters like me are saying, and who has courage. Schumer must go for the sake of the party.
