The systematic forced transfer and deportation of Ukrainian children to Russia constitutes a grave breach of the Fourth Geneva Convention and amounts to a war crime. Thousands of children have been torn from their families, subjected to illegal adoptions in Russia, and efforts made to conceal their Ukrainian identities. This heinous practice must be condemned and halted immediately. Support H.Res.564 to demand Russia uphold its obligations under international humanitarian law, allow third-party observers to receive evidence of deported children, and facilitate the safe return of all abducted Ukrainian children to their families or appropriate custodians. The international community cannot stand by while such atrocities unfold. Act now to bring these children home and hold Russia accountable.
