I am writing to advocate for funding of Medicaid, the US Postal Service and other social services like the WIC program that directly help low income citizens of the United States. Trump’s abuse of power along with his handing over of the majority of his power to Elon Musk is inexcusable. Elon Musk needs to be expelled from the White House and the standard lawmaking procedures need to be followed. This massive defunding of the government will cripple Americans and goes against previously signed legal contracts. It is an obvious attempt to downsize and cripple the US government and Americans, keeping money in the pockets of the rich and taking money from people who cannot afford to give. Please honor the legal contracts that you have already made and take this deficit money from the poor people of the United States, who cannot afford to make ends meet though they are working very hard at their jobs, and instead find a way to get the wealthy citizens who are avoiding taxes and have been for years and years to pay their fair share. It is unconscionable to do otherwise. It is also your job to protect America from would be King dictators and oligarchs like Elon Musk and Donald Trump.
