An Open Letter

To: Sen. Curtis, Rep. Kennedy, Sen. Lee

From: A constituent in Holladay, UT

August 5

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia circuit partially granted an order that limited the asylum ban, saying it cannot be used to entirely suspend humanitarian protections for asylum seekers, which means deportations under the asylum ban must be suspended. Will Congress support the court's decision? Will you demand Trump stop the wholesale deportation of asylum seekers? Please support the Constitutional checks and balances, and demand the President stop exceeding his authority.
