I am filled with rage at the Capitulation Caucus in the Senate. Trump has learned that taking hostages works, and that he can continue to violate federal law regarding Congress's power of the purse with impunity. When the vote on this CR that does not extend ACA subsidies comes up in the House, I hope you will vote NO. I know Johnson and the MAGA GOP have the votes, but don't make it easy for them. We will be watching. I for one will work hard to support those Democratic leaders who have our backs and stand up to Trump, and to oppose, primary, and replace those who do not. Millions of other disappointed Democrats feel as I do.
