This Republican administration’s illegal war in Iran must be ended. It should have never have begun. We are engaging in a proxy war on behalf of Israel with no end in sight. We are spending $1 billion per day to accomplish what? Have we truly learned nothing from our wars in Afghanistan and Iraq? Now, the best-case scenario is keeping casualties as low as possible (there are already far too many), a global recession, and the heightened likelihood of attacks on U.S. citizens at home and abroad. The worst-case scenario is literally World War III. While we spend billions on violence in the Middle East, no one has made a move to resolve spiking healthcare, insurance and food costs in the U.S. Congress must act. End this needless, pointless war now, before it spreads further. You swore an oath to defend the Constitution and act as a check on the executive branch. My wife and I ask, why are you not doing so?
