I'm deeply alarmed about the Republican budget to cut all of Medicaid. My mother is in a care facility and relies on Medicaid. Myself and my family members don't make anywhere near enough to pay for the care she needs. With Medicaid gone, I have no idea how we would keep her alive. My family and myself have worked hard our entire lives and paid into our social programs. We are not asking for a handout. We are demanding to keep the services we've helped provide for our entire lives. Please do not compromise on the budget. Please use your leverage. Please wield the power the people gave you. No cuts to Medicaid. Or absolutely no support from the Democrats on the Republican's budget. It's theirs. Make them own it.
