Please do not rescind Congestion Pricing! I live downtown and work in mid-uptown. Congestion Pricing has been marvelous and every targeted positive aspect functional. My Mom is 90 and we were incredibly frightened by ridiculous amounts of traffic congestion, speeding loud horns, idled trucks pollution, speeding e-bikes, etc etc. Traffic was dangerous! We now arrive to medical appointments on time and are far less fearful at crosswalks where cars and bikes do not abide red lights! Subway ridership is up feeling safer. My trendy neighborhood has more foot traffic which helps local businesses. Even my friends with cars think it a great idea. Outer boroughs bus ridership save time arriving to and from work. Antiquated MTA infrastructure a mess and this is a fine logical way to access funds for repairs. This is a State matter and should thus remain. PLEASE “KEEP”LONG OVERDUE CONGESTION PRICING.
