The BIG BAD BUDGET BILL includes a provision that would enable further constitutional disobedience within the United States government; The Senate SHOULD VOTE NO ON THE BUDGET BILL FOR THIS AND SO MANY OTHER REASONS. Weakening and gutting programs that serve Americans and whose budgets were already approved by Congress. Impeachable. Sending the National Guard and Marines into California without invitation.
