The DOJ has far better things to do than worry about Major League Baseball's Pride Nights. I'm sure the MLB's CBA specifies that players have to wear the assigned uniform. I totally support players' 1st amendment rights to give speeches or tweet about LGBTQ+ issues in their off hours. If the DOJ wants to do something meaningful, I suggest they look into conflict of interest business dealings by the President, administration, and Congress. or, super crazy, release the Epstein files.
