I strongly oppose the passage of H.J. Res 140, which would undo a longstanding ban on mining near the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness and the surrounding watershed in Northern Minnesota. It is imperative to maintain the ban on mining to protect clean water and wildlife and an outdoor economy. Please vote this reckless Resolution down!
