The White House is now gloating on social media that Abrigo García is not coming home, despite a ruling from SCOTUS that they must take steps to ensure he does. This is open defiance of the constitutional order and the idea that the executive is subject to the law. It is a challenge, a test of how easy it will be for Trump to become a full autocrat without accountability to the other branches. This is not a partisan issue. This is a matter of preserving the constitutional order. SCOTUS is doing their part. Now you must do yours. There can be no response to this other than Trump's impeachment and removal from office. It is your duty to remove an executive whose actions threaten the foundation of the union itself.
