I understand your position against de-funding ICE. Regardless, I hope you will use the upcoming funding opportunity to FORCE restrictions on ICE. We should NOT give them any more funding to recruit dubious law enforcement candidates, give them minimal training and set them loose in American cities. We cannot allow their aggressive, provocative behavior to go un-checked. Congress has THIS MOMENT to restore sanity by withholding funds until and unless ICE/DHS is UNDER CONTROL!
