The Trump administration must comply with the Supreme Court's ruling and facilitate the return of Kilmar Ábrego García to the United States immediately. His deportation was an egregious violation of a court order granting him legal protection, amounting to an unlawful abduction. Regardless of the unsubstantiated allegations against him, the government cannot selectively ignore judicial orders and due process. Restoring the rule of law demands that Ábrego García be brought back to the country forthwith in accordance with the court's mandate. Continued defiance will only further erode faith in democratic institutions and the separation of powers.
