Stop Data Centers from coming to MN

To: Gov. Walz, Rep. Frazier, Sen. Rest

From: A verified voter in Minneapolis, MN

June 26

Please do whatever you can to halt the progress of Data Centers in Minnesota. While they may be offering sweet deals, these are big tech companies who have a history of being in it only for themselves, if not right away, eventually. As a 52-year old born, raised, and living in Minnesota I am very concerned about the impact this will have on our state, our wildlife, lovely and sacred bodies of water, trees, plants, and more. It is unreasonable to trust that tech billionaires have the best interests of our state, our people, our water, plants, and animals at the forefront, let alone even in mind. Please stop the building of data centers, allowing time for research and regulations to protect ALL beings in Minnesota - plant, animals, water, insects, humans, and more.
