Vote NO on the SAVE Act

To: Sen. Coons, Sen. Blunt Rochester, Rep. McBride

From: A constituent in Claymont, DE

April 10

I know that you will vote NO on the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act, and I plead with you to discuss this act across the aisle to convince Republicans to also vote no and ensure that it does not pass into law. The documentation requirements of the SAVE Act target low-income Americans and women, all of whom are eligible to vote. The passage of this act could keep 21 million low-income Americans and 69 million married women from voting! We need to keep ALL perspectives in our political and governing processes, and losing these voices would continue a terrifying trend of silencing the American people.
