To all in the house! We the people want protection ,safety,security and transparency. We have a digital meter for the water company to bill us but we don’t have a federal digital meter at entry point in our homes to insure that all is efficiently track and adequate. This is adequate minimum monitoring services that our federal and state law makers need to consider for all of using these natural utilities services. We the people want transparency to make sure we’re not getting ripped off nationwide by utility authorities
