Please: Oppose the Save Our Bacon Act. Do not allow it to be included in the Farm Bill. It's an appalling provision which will roll back crucial animal cruelty protections and undermine the ability of states and voters to establish their own animal welfare standards. We need stronger animal welfare standards and stronger monitoring for pests and diseases such as screw worm. Thanks for all you and your staff do to to restore our democracy and provide a moral response to the challenges we face.
