I am writing to urge you to take immediate and decisive action to support Ukraine in its fight for survival and freedom. The war waged by Russia has caused unspeakable suffering—innocent civilians, including children, are being killed, displaced, and traumatized daily. We cannot stand by while democracy and human rights are under attack. I demand that you: 1. Increase Military Support for Ukraine – Ukraine needs more weapons, intelligence, and resources to defend itself and push back Russia’s aggression. Every delay in support prolongs the suffering and death of innocent Ukrainians. 2. Hold Russia Accountable for War Crimes – Russia’s targeting of civilians and indiscriminate bombings is an atrocity. The U.S. must continue to lead efforts to sanction Russia and pursue accountability for these war crimes. 3. Ensure Ongoing Humanitarian Aid – The U.S. must continue providing vital aid to the millions of Ukrainians displaced by the war, especially children who are suffering from trauma and loss. The people of Ukraine are fighting for their freedom, and the world cannot afford to let them fail. The U.S. has a moral obligation to stand with them—not just in words, but with concrete actions to end this war. I urge you to act swiftly and decisively. The fate of Ukraine—and the future of global democracy—depends on our leadership.
