AND, make these laws enforceable in the future without a majority -using independent council. Justice delayed has been denied and dangerously damaging (USAID deaths and GENOCIDE, US citizens' HEALTH, ICE Concentration Camps, Global Warming)!!! Assign to our most well spoken, trustworthy (non-PAC) Congressmen one cabinet or envoy member each for the public to follow in pithy, swift hearings. DIVIDE AND CONQUER. ARTICLE II, SECTION IV
