When the Constitution becomes optional for the government, it becomes meaningless to the people. You swore to uphold the Constitution. This administrati on is arresting journalists and people exercising their first amendment rights. This administration is acting daily in violation of the First, Fourth, and Fourteenth Amendments. Are you on the side of the Constitution or of this administration? Because those two forces are currently in direct opposition to each other. What side are you on? Will you uphold your sworn oath?
