You are responsible for what goes on inside ICE detention facilities because you approved and funded them. There have been deaths, homicides, no medical treatment and babies and children. Captured and held without due process and inhumanly treated. Non criminals. Productive members contributing to our economy. Why?? Where is the oversight? There should be unfettered access to visit and monitor. TRANSPARENCY!!
