Enforce the mask ban law on ICE in California. Masked ICE was just in my SONS neighborhood in Santa Barbara and pepper sprayed an older white lady just for observing. The Santa Barbara didn’t charge them with the new law. WHY NOT??? LAPD is also NOT ENFORCING THE LAW . Why not? What’s the point? START enforcing the Law!!!!
